Here’s a guest post I wrote on the topic of preparing for medical emergencies. Special thanks to my fellow Corpsmen, especially Derek, who assisted with comments and ideas as I wrote the post.
A wealth of knowledge as usual. By the way, how many different publications have you written for? Your name seems to appear on a number of other blogs.
Andrew’s written on my blog (http://www.weapon-blog.com) a few times as a courtesy while I was on vacation, and I feel lucky to have had him write for me.
Great article, thank you for writing it. I would like to point out though that “rescue breathing” has not been completely eliminated, at least per the American Heart Association protocol for CPR.

Thanks. I’m not quite sure. Not too many. Maybe half a dozen. Might be a little more.
In your article you mentioned a few good books to read, do you have any suggestions?

Are you supposed to pronounce the ‘S’ in Corpsmen? Just checking. Thanks.
No. Core-men.
