Like many who've been in the military, I've spent long periods of time wearing armor. It's hot, uncomfortable, and tiring - though you eventually get used to it. While deployed, I wore ye olde Interceptor OTV, as well as the Eagle CIRAS-Maritime, and, occasionally, just a TAG plate carrier. The latter was the most comfortable, even if it was still intended to be used as an "external" plate carrier. I incorrectly identified the bronze pin punch that is a prototype of an optional accessory to the Multitasker Tube as brass in my review - my apologies. It seems to work great for disassembling Glocks, by the way.
