Any chance you’re planning on running these again next year – or even as early as September? I just need a bit more time to save up; “expendable” cash is low this summer.
If all goes well, we will have one to two classes each month for the foreseeable future. We’ll just have to gauge demand.

Great class. For those interested, the class had various modules that covered specific topics. It was well balanced between the class time and range time. Having both Andrew and Jim allowed us to shoot different drills at the same time. We did speed drills in close and precision shots at distance. We were filmed on speed drills then diagnosed back in the classroom setting. This was a good learning experience and also very entertaining. We all had a good laugh.
We did a night shoot looking at various lights and muzzle devices.
Our ammunition was chronographed and the ballistics information was applied to the elevation and distances we were able to shoot. We shot on timers both for up close and out to distance. We had a winner in a shoot on the move with various targets and distance contest. This was well thought out for a short two day course. Other classes will no doubt get tweaked and get better.
They gave us practical information throughout the course, with explanations of the positive and negative of why something is done. Both Jim and Andrew have a wealth of knowledge and an ability to teach. Jim hit a 10 inch? steel lollipop at a grand with his 7.62. We had a shooter hit a 19inch torso silhouette steel target at 700yds with his 16inch 5.56 using just a T1, no magnification. Jim can not only kill it but can also grill it and we all had a good time. There was more to the class but this gives the general idea. I met some good guys in the class and we left with strong handshakes. Andrew and Jim, thanks for the class and thanks to the lodge host.
